Gwen ran her hands through her hair, aggressively pushing her bangs back from her face. This was so wrong. So. Wrong. Absolutely nothing in these part of the woods were familiar. The ranger was so hopelessly lost, and stressed out because of it, she managed to run straight into someone.
…Wait, what?
Gwen gaped at the person she’d run into. It was a girl. She had nearly plowed over some teenager during her little episode. Just what on earth was she doing out here, anyway?
Pine looked at the woman in front of her, a blank expression written on her face as she sheepishly fiddled with her hair.
“Am I in the way?” The girl asked worriedly, frantically stepping backwards to make sure that they both had personal space.
She kicked her feet lightly as she tried to recount her steps back to the pine she had known so well. Maybe she could find Maia and ask her if she knew where to go.
Oh! This woman’s outfit… Perhaps she could ask her.
